The transformation of Lisa Halle into Lisa "Don't Call Me Tessa" Milon is complete and Mac is smitten. Richie twigs to the idea that since Lisa Milon is obviously a plant to distract Duncan, perhaps Pete Wilder was also a plant of nefarious origins. Joe and Richie consult, and someone takes a shot at Joe which is kindly received by Richie, who dies for a short time.
Lisa and Duncan sleep together, and Duncan discovers scars left from the plastic surgery. Lisa is "kidnapped" by Horton and plays victim to Duncan's rescuer. Duncan finds Lisa in the cemetery. Because she does not know he's Immortal, she tries to kill him with a gun. She is, instead, killed (not by Duncan, who could never kill on Holy Ground. Right? RIGHT?) and Duncan goes off to find Horton and make an end to it once and for all. Horton finally dies, or dies as dead as Horton is capable of dying. There is no Quickening.
Questions:
1. I didn't believe Lisa Milon was Tessa for a single instant, and it wasn't just because of those scars behind her ears. How could Duncan be so confused when he lived with Tessa for years and years?
2. Richie's small death scene with Joe was rather touching, yet humorous. Was Joe properly appreciative?
3. What more would you like to know about Duncan's pants?
4. This is the final episode of Season Two. What was the theme of Season Two? Was it a coherent, well-stated and well-played theme, or rather episodic, hit 'n' miss in nature?
